Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Most orders require 24 hours’ notice to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Large catering or bulk orders may require additional preparation time. We will confirm the estimated preparation and delivery date after your order is placed.

Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery within Wasaga Beach and surrounding communities, with delivery available on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Delivery fees vary depending on your location and will be calculated or confirmed before your order is finalized.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed delivery time.

Canada-Wide Shipping

We ship selected non-perishable and shelf-stable products, including grocery items, to customers across Canada.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Fresh Food Shipping

Fresh or perishable food items are only shipped where appropriate and in packaging designed to help maintain product quality during transit. Customers should refrigerate or freeze products immediately upon delivery, where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information.

AsaUgo’s Kitchen is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays caused by weather, traffic, courier services, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. Where possible, include photographs of any damaged items so we can investigate and work toward a suitable resolution.
