Food Safety

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any prepared meals or food items once they have been delivered or picked up.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Your order was incorrect due to our error.
  • Your order arrived damaged or spoiled.
  • An item was missing from your order.

To request a refund, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos of the item(s), if applicable.

Once we review your request, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund.
  • A replacement item.
  • Store credit for a future purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled preparation or delivery date.

Orders cancelled after food preparation has begun are non-refundable.

Delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed delivery time. We are not responsible for product quality if an order is left unattended at the customer’s request.
